Who I Am
I am Sia, and my mission is to grow and help others do the same. My philosophy is simple: no matter where you aim to go, it’s about finding your path and keeping your eyes on the prize. Sometimes we may find that our compass doesn’t point straightforwardly in one direction.
I’m not on this journey alone. I aim to build a community that grows together, sharing insights and supporting each other. That’s why I’ve chosen to apply my mindset to current topics that captivate me and are relevant for today's world.

My Story
Born into an immigrant family, I have traveled a challenging path. Starting from humble beginnings and often relying solely on myself, I managed to develop a mindset that propels me forward. Throughout this journey, I was never alone—the greatest praise always goes to the Creator first. A small community of key people around me, continuous effort and persistence, and regular physical activity have been my main supports. To this day, I strive to engage in sports daily.

From a young age, I was passionate about sports and fascinated by the application of complex subjects. I pursued and completed a Master's degree in Aerospace Engineering and have been working as a development engineer and project manager on innovative and current automotive topics. I've explored various stages in my career, including research in network technologies, which sparked my interest in theoretical and applicable A.I., the modern realm of digitalization as well as Crypto and Blockchain. My experiences have enabled me to develop a broad understanding of technology, self-management, and the coordination of various topics and projects. I aim to provide my community not just with a forward-looking insight into the core technologies of our time but to show how everything is interconnected and coexists. I encourage seeing and understanding connections, but also how to delineate topics—this can aid personal development, always with a focus on doing good for oneself and the community.

Nevertheless my primary focus here is on building a strong, authentic community and addressing topics such as social interactions, etc. We can explore analyses of society, social issues, environmental concerns, and more. This is not just about technology; it's about much more. It's about the connections that can be built. One of my philosophies is: just as people and their ideas, as well as mindsets, can be connected when they come together, so too can many other positive areas of life. One must simply hold onto the belief that hard work, authenticity, appreciation, and honesty will pay off, because they give you the compass that shows the way forward and how to reach the next level.
